Managed to get a ticket last night and was sitting in Block 215, row 61. I wont mention the seat number.
Surrounded by some right idiots. I had 1 guy sat next to me teaching his 6/7 year old son to stick his middle finger up at "the fucking Germans".
Followed by some toothless goon behind me shouting.... "Seig Heil...... sorry, I mean White Seig Heil". The guy was in his 60s at least.
Shameful, and yes I did turn around and grip the racist twat. No need for it.

We were in Bar 90 at Hackney Wick when a group of their fans ,around 50-60 walked across the bridge towards the ground.
Couldn't quite see much as we were under a low roof.
No singing or shouting, they seemed to be well behaved apart from one of them lobbed a empty Budweiser bottle into the River Lea which was very scary for a couple of passing ducks.
As usual ,overkill by the police who apparently cordoned off bars/restaurants.
A non event TBH.A bit like my post I suppose.

Watched the Carpenters debacle. A very game, too game as it happens, mob of about 100 were walking through heading to the Hackney Wick side to form a welcoming committee.
As they approached the pub with a few ob on them, including some up front of the group (wasn’t an escort they were tracking them) some giddy fella chucked a drink at the boys thinking they was Frankfurt cos they saw the front line of ob.
The boys thought the pub had been taken over by Frankfurt and started having a pop back for about 90 seconds till all realised this was a classic episode of West Ham vs West Ham.
Then chants and the boys went on their way.
Bit like Millwall in the cup when the lot coming out the Duke looking for Wall started lobbing bottles over the ob escort tunnel at the Queens lot waiting for Wall with all of us thinking the other side was Wall.

Passerby is a good lad if it’s the poster I think I know, we met some years ago I’m sure as one of us sorted the other out with tickets and despite differences we’ve had, bobbymoore ain’t the type to make this sort of stuff up.
Could have gone on my thread this but the problems people raise should not be set upon by members of the precious cunt brigade (PCB - formed during the OS thread) or random hard lads like twoleftfeet and leavemyarcelona who are both setting my milly senses off.
I’m out the game, not match fit, also retired on that front actually we’re all too old.

I am sure he was an annoying idiot but I think you need to explain where racism comes into it. Seig Heil directed at the Germans? Surely he is the one mocking the Germans for being racist? Or do you mean he was being racist to Germans by referencing their racist history? I don't get it.
